My 3 year old daughter has been planning Halloween way in advance this year. She was going through a list of all potential costumes for her to wear for the event - doctor, fireman, policeman, princess, fairy, etc. - and then asks me what kind of costume she would have to wear to be an attorney like her mother. A suit with heals? A judge's robe? She decided a Tinker Bell costume would be prettier. I agreed.

Yesterday was my son's 6th Birthday. I stayed home from work, woke up at 6:30, took him out for breakfast, took him to school, watched the circus presentation his class was putting on, came home and took a nap, went back to school for his in class birthday party, read his class "Little Rabbit Foo Foo", came back two hours later, picked him up and took him and 10 of his friends to Chuck E. Cheese for a party, brought him home, put together his Star Wars Galactic Cruiser, played with him for two hours and then put him to bed. Needless to say. I slept well last night. One of the best days I can remember in a long time. And, after he went to bed, I went through email for an hour and felt pretty good about where I was at going into the weekend. Not bad!
